Full of wisdom and our very own expert on native and foraged foods. Allow Peter to guide you through a local foraging adventure, then come back to the kitchen and we'll create an extraordinary menu using all the native & foraged ingredients!

Sam Curtis is our very own award-winning wine dude. He will build a private wine tastings with local and national wines, focusing on unique Australian small producers.

Local and exotic food expert John has been passionate about fruit his entire life.  He tends to an immaculately kept one-hectare plot in Mullumbimby with over 240 varieties of fruit from all over the world.
