Barista

Your main game is that you are one of our talented Barista’s. But the role is so much more than just making great coffee on the daily… You are key to helping create an incredible experience for everyone that visits Harvest through not only providing a great coffee, but through service you provide and the connections you make.

When it comes to experience required, ideally, you’ve got 3 years minimum as a barista, with general experience working in the hospitality industry – preferably in dynamic yet human-centred environments.

Bartender

Mixing passion, personality and skill, you are in integral part of our talented Restaurant and Bar team. Through having exceptional knowledge of your craft, you will provide a best-in-class service to our customers through making and serving a varying array of beverages.
About you:
● You are attentive and meticulous with your approach, ensuring the highest level of professionalism is maintained when it comes to your service.
● Connection and engagement come second nature to you, allowing you to relate with ease to your customers, anticipating their needs.
● Always organised with a strong sense of time management, the approach to your work is seamlessly executed.
● Curious and creative, you demonstrate a deep appreciation and passion for your craft, and this is evident through the service you provide.
● You are an excellent communicator, team member and natural collaborator which is demonstrated through how you approach your work and engage with others.

When it comes to experience required, ideally, you’ve got 2 years minimum working as a bartender, with general experience working in the hospitality industry – preferably in dynamic yet human- centred environments.

Events Front of House

You are an integral part of our wonderful Events team, forming a part of the front of house (FOH) section. With a high level of food and beverage experience, you are key to playing a role that ensures our service is centred around excellence, engagement and connection, helping deliver first- class and unique events.
About you:
● You are attentive and have a meticulous eye for detail.
● You ensure the highest level of professionalism is maintained when it comes to your service.
● Connection and engagement come second nature to you, allowing you to relate with ease to customers and guests, anticipating their needs.
● Always organised, the approach to your work is seamlessly executed with excellent time management.
● You have a passion for hospitality and events, and this shows through your level of service.
● You are an excellent communicator, team member and natural collaborator which is demonstrated through how you approach your work and engage with others.
● You thrive in fast paced environments with the ability to manage varied workloads and priorities.
● Currently holds Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Events Chef

Restaurant Front of House

You are in integral part of our exceptional Restaurant Front of House (FOH) team that ensures our service is centred around excellence, engagement and connection. Contingent on your placement, your role will involve welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables, conveying their requests to the kitchen, assisting in managing reservations and transporting food and drink orders - to name a few things.
About you:
● You are attentive and meticulous with your approach, ensuring the highest level of professionalism is maintained when it comes to your service.
● Connection and engagement come second nature to you, allowing you to relate with ease to your customers, anticipating their needs. ●Always organised, the approach to your work is seamlessly executed.
● You have a deep appreciation and interest in food and wine, particularly local, seasonal and sustainable produce, and this shows through your passionate service.
● You are an excellent communicator, team member and natural collaborator which is demonstrated through how you approach your work and engage with others.
 ● On the job training with regular food and wine tastings.
